I received a box that was badly damaged during transit. The Spacejump team was responsive and quick to help address and solve the issue. It can in 3 boxes so it wasn’t destroyed and missing pieces like I’ve experienced before from other companies. The black frame looks so good, and the kids LOVE the basketball hoop. "I was deliberating between this and a springfree, and am so glad we went with this lunar 10ft trampoline. Better price, and having lived with a spring free previously I don’t feel like this is any less safe. Took my husband under two hours to put up, it was very easy to follow the instructions. The kids love it, and I love that it keeps them so entertained! We are waiting till Christmas to give them the slide and sprinklers, which I’m sure is going to make it so much better still. Great purchase, you can buy confidently."
